How to Brew Like a Pro, Anywhere

• Use fresh, medium-dark roast beans (roasted within 40 days) for optimal crema and flavor.
• Grind 18g of coffee to the same size you’d use for a semi-automatic espresso machine. Avoid grinding too fine to prevent clogging.
• Insert grounds into the 58mm basket. Tamp evenly using a compatible tamper or distributor.
• Add at least 50ml of water (60ml recommended). The machine will use 15-20ml during extraction, yielding 30-35ml of espresso.
• Connect via Bluetooth to set pre-soak, temperature, and extraction time, or use default settings for quick brewing.
• Press start and enjoy a double shot of authentic espresso in minutes. For single shots, swap in a single basket (sold separately).

Note: Never tamp an empty basket, as the tapered design can cause the tamper to become stuck. If extraction is difficult, adjust grind size coarser.
